Introduction:

Welcome to www.arrangeitall.in (“Platform”), operated by AIA Solution Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using this Platform, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Scope of Services:

We provide professional home organizing and decluttering services across India. These services are customized to each client’s needs and may include on-site consultation, hands-on organizing, and advisory.

Bookings & Payment:

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance/full payment as per the agreed proposal.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Payments are accepted via authorized digital platforms, payment gateways, and bank transfers.

No Cancellation / No Refund Policy:

• Once services are booked and payment is received, no cancellation or refund requests shall be entertained.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances from our side (illness, force majeure), we will offer rescheduling.

User Obligations:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking.
• Ensure safe and appropriate access to the premises for our team.
• Ensure valuables and breakables are secured prior to our visit.

Liability Limitation:

• We exercise reasonable care during services; however, we are not liable for damage to property due to pre-existing conditions or fragile items not disclosed.
• Under no circumstance shall our liability exceed the fees paid for the specific service.

Intellectual Property:

All content on the Platform (design, text, images) is the property of AIA Solution Private Limited.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
